Helen Duffy is a senior English language, academic development and digital learning specialist with over 15 years’ experience in international education. She has worked with learners, educators and institutions across diverse global and academic contexts, supporting English language development, academic progression and professional communication.

A Cambridge DELTA and CELTA-qualified educator, Helen is a former Director of Studies with senior experience in curriculum development, teacher training, quality assurance and programme delivery. Her expertise spans English for Academic Purposes, IELTS preparation, English culture, professional English and learner-centred curriculum design.

Helen has collaborated with Coventry University on specialised IELTS and English Culture courses and has delivered professional development webinars for the Greenwich Language Centre in Minsk. Her work combines strong pedagogical practice with a clear understanding of the linguistic, cultural and academic needs of international students and professionals.

Her current focus is on digital learning and technology-enhanced language education. She designs and delivers engaging online learning experiences for international audiences, ensuring that digital instruction remains rigorous, responsive and learner-centred.
