Dorota’s career is distinguished by a solid foundation in education, which continues to influence her leadership style. She began as an English teacher and later advanced to Head of Studies, where she managed the didactic department of a language school, recruited and trained teaching staff, and ensured consistently high educational standards. Her experience spans curriculum development, learner engagement, and team leadership, all of which contribute to her strong focus on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

She further expanded her educational work through freelance teaching and content creation, producing learning materials and bilingual publications for language schools. In parallel, she gained international experience at one of the private universities in Katowice, where she managed foreign cooperation, built and maintained relationships with international partners, coordinated overseas programmes, and led EU-funded internship initiatives. Her responsibilities included organizing international projects, managing formal documentation, and supporting cross-border collaboration.
